I would like to be compensated for the delivery that we Paid for and the car was Never Delivered! I have tried to contact this company and No One wants to call back and take responsibility for their Loss they had on our vehicle. Their transport truck Burnt all the cars inside and they Didn't even have enough insurance to cover them all!! They claim they've been in business for over 20 years, and they haven't even upped their insurance coverage to cover the cars they carry! The fact that they don't even step up to what damage they caused it outrageous. If they would answer their phones or call people back and apologize for the inconvenience they caused and at least reimburse the measley $395 they took from us and NEVER paid back for something they never delivered at least we would consider using them again. We ship cars out every week from our business. Terrible customer service from this company. Beware of shipping your car; you may never get reimbursed for it if something happens to it!
