Original promise date was pushed back one day due to truck delay (they say), truck promised with loading people between 8-11 but when they didn't show we had to leave numerous messages before someone called us back to say truck would be here 12-2, after 2 we called and got another run around but finally ended up with customer relations who finally told us that a trailer (not a truck as we had been told and agreed to) was scheduled to be dropped off by 8pm that night with two laborers being sent out the following day to load the trailer. What we ended up with is NOTHING that we had originally agreed to and ALL the sales people did was to tell one lie after another. We are (were) on a schedule to move from Maryland to California and will ONLY use moving companies that have their own trucks and drivers in the future. Bottom line - NEVER USE MANGO MOVING out of Kansas!!!
