My company takes full responsibility for this mishap. This was our first time into Canada and per contract all paperwork has to be taken care of by the customer. The paperwork was not in order, and that caused the delay at the border. The horse was put into a large box stall for the night and made as comfortable as possible. I do apologize for this instance, and guarentee that this will not happen again. The horse arrived at its destination healthy, happy and on time. The only problem was at the border.
