I have worked with MANY carriers and this one goes above and beyond!! My client transporting her vehicle to Hawaii did not follow port instructions and hid about 150 lbs of cargo under the seats of the suv. When Mark delivered the vehicle to offshore port the vehicle did not pass inspection because of all the cargo stashed & was going to refuse the vehicle unless every bit cargo/ household item was removed. Mark took about an hour boxing up all the household items and & shipped the rest of his load while hauling her cargo in his truck/bunk area & completed his route with the items & didnt even charge a penny !! What a genuine person. Hard to find in this industry someone who truly cares. Highly recommend this carrier
