Jim was very pleasant to talk to, and got back to me quickly when I had questions. My only issue was that the original trucker he contracted could not meet our needs and he had to renegotiate with several other companies before finally finding the company who would do the work. It was stressful up to the last few hours before pickup. Nonetheless, Jim was honest with me throughout the process and I respect that. The car was ultimately transported by Vyrado who did a great job.
