The overall experience was very good from the start to the end. The price did change by about $60-$70 from the original quote. The customer service agent was helpful, prompt and knowledgeable. She communicated all status update promptly. The car was picked up and delivered on time. The only disappointment was that the carrier ruined my car environment by smoking inside it. Its been a week now and the smell still lingers which is causing me great discomfort and health problems.

Thank you for your glowing review! Agian i appoligize for the drivers damage to the vicheal, this is verry uncommon for a driver to spend much time in your car.
