My car shipment had a few problems but my Magic Carpet Auto Transport customer service person handled things quickly and with integrity. I liked having just one contact person and the one that I got was very responsible. There are always things that come up with this kind of thing, but what I value is having someone to help me resolve them. I would use this company again.
