I contacted Magic Carpet a month ahead of time just to make sure a truck would be available to transport my car. Nevertheless a few days before the date I was not sure if there was going to be a truck. This plus the representative not giving me accurate information, (I had to call and e-mail several times, no one knew if my car had been picked up or not, they said I had to pay extra because there was no truck available) rates this company as average.
I do have to say the driver deserves 5 stars; honest on time and very professional.

I'm so happy that the driver we found was such a sucess. Our company only uses prefed carriers! It sounds like he was worth the wait! Some times the drivers are not going down a praticular route and will ask for extra money to pick you up because it is out of their way.This was an option we gave you which you did not have to take. Also we did find a carrier before your move date. We just didn't get the confirmation untill closer to the move date.
