My first quote came in around $800.00 after rebate. The gal on the phone was very nice, and knew her job well. When I asked her if this was the correct price for the size of my vehicle ( a bit oversized). She requoted and it was then $900.00 after rebate. I set up the shipment and was assigned Brandon as my service person. My vehicle was picked up 5 days after it was ready. Brandon called to let me know it was on the truck, but the shipping would be an additional fee of around $45.00 for the trucker. The truck driver called me a few days later to give me an idea of when he would be arriving. He was pleasant and honest. He thought he would be at our place first thing in the AM. We did not see him then. I called him and he said he needed some sleep. This is understandable. He arrived on the day we expected him, just a few hours later. No problem. The trucker had beautiful, clean equipment and was quite professional. He had photos of the my vehicle to confirm its condition at pick-up and drop-off. He allowed me to download his photos to my computer. He did require the money in his hand before he would remove the vehicle from the truck ( again understandable. I am in business and know all to well how customers will try to not pay!). But the trucker allowed me plenty of time to look over the vehicle prior to signing the release. My vehicle had done a lot of traveling before it got to me, but it was clean and in great shape when it arrived. Brandon called shortly after to make sure we got our vehicle, and to give me any additional info. Overall experiance was really good. Price ended up being $150.00 more than the origional quote, but still came in at less money than some quotes I had. Good service.
