My overall experience was okay, even though my vehicle was not picked up when promised. Nicole was very helpful with information. However, my vehicle pickup date changed 3 times, and I iniated the call to Magic Carpet each time to inquire as to the location of the carrier. Once the driver was in town, we met him, enjoyed a pleasant conversation with him, and our vehicle was loaded. Even though the pickup time was 2 days late, my information continued to say the vehicle would be delivered by the original date. As I suspected, that did not happen. Naturally, it was 2 days later being delivered.
