Customer Service was excellent and always available. Crystal was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend speaking with her when shipping with Magic Carpet Auto Transport. Price was great. The driver was not able to pick up on the day they first stated but the following and a confirmation email was sent right out. The problem was the driver ran out of gas about 60 miles from the destination and had no money to refill. It took 6+ hours to have the company transfer him money to refill and deliver the car. I would try them again because of the price and great customer service and the fact that it was not a time sensitive delivery and the car arrived in the same condition as when it was picked up. They may want to tell their drivers to carry a little extra money.
