I've seen some reviews where pickup and drop offs are a nightmare w/ other carriers.
My experience was good overall, though the pick up time was postponed 3 times by a day each time and I got conflicting reasons from my contact and the service. Either way is fine as it wasn't urgent that I receive the shipment immediately.
Unfortunately, I had to be proactive to find the information out myself. If pickup is rescheduled, whether it is by the pickup contact's request or the carrier's request, the person paying for the shipment should be notified. So I would make it a point to be home and available in the evenings to receive shipment, only to call up the next day to discover it had been postponed.
On the plus side, Stephanie was extremely friendly and helpful when I called. She would call the driver w/ me still on the line to find out the status of the shipment.
The driver that delivered, Brad, was also great. He was super careful w/ the car (1969 Dodge Charger).
Again, overall, a pretty safe bet, but don't be afraid to call in and check on the shipment status.
