Trying to decide if I should pay an unknown West Virginia dealership $5,000 to install a new transmission or ship my Lexus back to Atlanta was greatly simplified by Kathy and Magic Carpet. I had approximately 8 minutes to visit with her and then call the dealership to cancel the order for the part. Kathy quickly assessed the cost; determined locations and then told me she would place the order as soon as I made my decision. Not only did she place the order she kept in touch with both me; the dealership and the receiving mechanic in Atlanta to ensure the car was picked up and delivered.
In addition, the transporter stayed in contact with the mechanic throughout the drive to ensure delivery time and receipt of the car.
As with a lot of people, my car is my lifeline and thanks to Kathy and Magic Carpet, delivery took place within two days of my call. The car got back to Atlanta before I DID!
Thanks Kathy! And if I ever need to transport a vehicle again Magic Carpet will get my first call (they also came in $250 cheaper than other prices).
