We needed to ship a car to our daughter at the University she attends for her use over the summer. We had very restricted pick up times due to our work schedule and delivery times due to her class schedule. Stephanie arranged for pick up and delivery of the car on a schedule that met our needs perfectly (over the weekend). The thing that impressed me most was the call I received a few hours before the car was picked up by the driver. He asked me if I would mind meeting him a few miles from my home for the actual pick up. He was familiar with the area I lived in and knew that the roads were tree lined with many low hanging branches. He told me he had cars on the top of the rig which he was worried about damaging. So we meet him at a truck stop by the interstate and he showed a great deal of professionalism and courtesy as he loaded our car. He could not apologize enough for asking us to meet him, but the fact that he knew our area, knew that his rig would likely not be able to reach my house, without damaging others cars made me feel pretty good about trusting him with one of our cars. A great experience they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do, for the agreed to price.
