CRYSTAL jumped in and saved the day when i realized I was working with a company other than Magic Carpet who led me to believe they were Magic Carpet. This was my 3rd transport and I knew the driver I had before would be happy to pick up my car again. After over a week of nothing from the orignal broker, I pinned them down as to who they were, my error and called CRYSTALl at Magic Carpet. She immediately rememberbed me from before, called the driver, and had my car assigned for pick up on exactly the date I had requested. She lowered the going rate for the transport as I was a repeat customer. I can't say enough positive things about CRYSTAL and Magic Carpet! I would never even bother trying anyone else in the future. The difference in customer service is night and day!!!!!! THANK YOU CRYSTAL!!!
