Crystal explained the process to me step by step, told me my options and sent me a quote on day one that never changed.
She patiently helped me through a day of credit card woes to start the process. When the land part of my car transport was up for bids she told me the best, worst and most likely time frames when things would happen. The bid and pickup time ended up being almost exactly as she said was most likely.
She kept in touch by email and even called to let me know when my car arrived (although this was Matsons job, she wanted to be sure I had been notified)
The car arrived in great shape (the stereo which I had removed the faceplate from and seat covers undisturbed)
In summary Crystal was courteous knowledgeable and professional and dealing with her, along with my car arriving in mint condition, made my experience with magic carpet a very pleasant one.
