Malia gave me excellent customer service from the moment she picked up the phone at Magic Carpet Transport. She kept me informed and up to date Malia called to verify I received my order number and checked to see if there was anything else I needed. When the delivery of the car was not on the projected day she went above and beyond to find out what was happening to the Supervisor of the driver call me. This was my first experience with have a car transported and I feel each step of the way went very well. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend Magic Carpet Transport and Malia to anyone.
