The pick up date was delayed due to blizzard conditions in the mountains. The roads were not passable for a few days, and therefore pickup was not possible. The office staff were very understanding of my frustration, and assured me that the truck would be arriving as soon as it was able. Kathy listened to me concerns and promptly returned my calls with updates. Once my car was picked up, I was contacted to let me know it was on its way. The dirver contacted me when he was within a day away, letting me know he was arriving before expected. He was polite and helpful unloading my vehicle at the destination.
