I initially looked at the prices for hauling my vehicle from Arizona to New York and found they varied around $1400-$1500. A little more research (read: bitter complaints on the web) showed that I'd better pay more attention to ratings. Imagine my surprise to find a 5-star rated company that quoted me $1089. I contracted with Magic Carpet Auto Transport on a Monday telling them that for my circumstances, "sooner" would be better than "later". (Issue involved use of a rental car.) My point of contact was Crystal Warner who let me know that I could expect someone anywhere from 1 to 10 days. 4 days later on Friday, Kali (he's Ukrainian so I'm not sure of the spelling) contacted me in the morning for pickup that afternoon. Found him to be quick, efficient, but also forthcoming to any question I had. He had the car to my daughter Sunday night. (Two-and-a-half days. Still amazes me.)

I'm about 30 miles from I-10 so expected the quote would need to be revised for the extra gas. If I had any complaint at all it would be that I was informed of an additional charge of $40 on the day of pickup rather than earlier in the transaction. Notwithstanding that, a final price of $1129 on such a quick delivery is nothing to sneeze at.

I talked to Crystal Warner on 3 occasions and she was quite helpful in each instance. Company stayed in contact through e-mails. Quick and efficient service, low price ... Should I ever have to do this again, these are the people I'll be contacting.
