My vehicle was delivered to Washington State in good condition, having been delayed in pickup due to a mechanical problem with the carrier and a tropical storm. Obviously, these conditions could not have been avoided. I had made arrangements for a friend in Florida to see that the vehicle was delivered to the Carrier. Once loaded and on its way, the driver called a couple of days in advance to coordinate delivery and to advise status. Jeff Vigue from Magic Carpet and Danielle from Cascade were great.
