Magic Carpet was thorough and got us a transport company in a timely manner. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Strong Transport LLC was the transport company and their service was just as exceptional!! My sister-in-law had left her cell phone in the vehicle that was picked up and once we got a hold of the transport company they actually pulled over to the side of the road and waited for her to get to them so she could retrieve her phone. It put them a little behind schedule and it was already late but we appreciate their kindness and customer service!! Kudos Magic Carpet and Strong Transport LLC. If we ever have to ship another vehicle again we will definitely use you!!
