Frank, unfortunately we were unable to locate your original review so we made a courtesy contact to you as a reminder based off of the last conversation you had with our office. I did however go search for your original review so that I could make a notation of it and this is what I found:

Review: While my pickup didn't happen in a timely fashion, I was informed every step of the way of the issues and felt that Lloyd was doing all that he could to make the transaction happen.
I now know more about the auto transport industry than I thought I ever would.
I am happy with the way things worked out.
