I had contacted Magic Carpeet Auto Transport to move my son's lifted Toyota truck from California to his new home in Texas. We had called many places before we settled on Magic Carpet. The other companies wanted much more money than we could afford because my son's truck was lifted . When I called Magic Carpet Auto Transport I spoke with Amy in regards to this move and she was very courteous and knowledgeable. She eased my concerns in regards to the transport (since I had never done this sort of thing before) and answered my questions with great patience. I only had to wait 3 business days for the pick up and I was paired with a great driver that was also very courteous. He kept me up to date on his progress with the pick up and even called me when he arrived at the delivery location. Amy had also called to check in while we were awaiting the delivery of the truck. When the truck arrived there was no issues. It showed up exactly as it was sent. I would highly recommend Magic Carpet Auto Transport and who knows? I may need to use it again if my son comes back! :)
