After contacting several companies for quotes and searching this site for reviews as well as the BBB, I decided to use Magic Carpet Auto Transport. The price was very reasonable and overall good reviews but my deciding factor was when Crystal called me and explained everything. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She talked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. We worked out a pick up window so I would have my car close to the time I arrived in Hawaii. My car was picked up by a very professional and friendly gentleman the first day it was available. Crystal kept me fairly updated on the progress. I only had to call the office once. Overall a very good experience especially considering how complicated this process can be. I wold definitely use Magic Carpet again.
