Shaylean was very pleasant to deal with. I found her to be honest and accurate with her descriptions. The car was picked up on the third day after the available date. (Thursday-Monday) We had fairly specific guidelines as far as time and date and location to have the car delivered. We live on an island so we have ferry schedules and borders to contend with. Shaylean agreed that she could meet the rather tough citeria.....and she did. The unfortunate part was the comunication breakdown that occurred when Shaylean got very sick. ( Not her fault) But there was no follow up from someone else. The transport company was Lynch Transport out of Kentucky. The driver was suposed to be reachable by cell phone, yup he had one....he just didn't like to use it. We left 5-6 messages with no response. We took a leap of faith and left very early caught the boat and the border and arrived at the designated spot. The truck was there and so was the car. Shaylean was excellent Lynch needs to work on there communication skills.
