Magic Carpet Transport and my rep, Kathy Ashlock, was very helpful in transporting our 2005 Pacifica. Their estimate was in line with all other estimates I received and the final invoice was within $50 of the original estimate. While our car was picked up a few days late, it was due to transport mechanical problems and MCT was helpful in keeping us informed as to the progress. A potential problem arose the day before our car was supposed to delivered, but Kathy was able to work out any issues with the driver the night before. So drop-off happened without incident. My only complaint with their service, and it's minor, was that I received multiple emails regarding our order that had conflicting pickup/drop dates - but a single phone call resolved it.
