Overall, my car was transported within two days from pick up to delivery, which I was satisfied with. However, there was lack of communication from the driver and the representative. I had to constantly call to recieve an update on when my car would be picked up (which was a hassle because I had coordinated for someone to be at my house of pick up because I had already moved) and it wasn't picked up until the next day. The driver had called stating he would be able to drop off the following day and told me it would be dropped off before noon, but recieved no update the next day until I had to call him after noon time in which he said he had decided to drop off another car before mine and would be running late..nice guy though.

I would go through the company again if more follow up was received without me having to constantly nag to even receive a phone call that was before late evening/night. From pick up to delivery, the transportation was very efficient.

Hi Linda, I'm sorry you feel that this didn"to go as smoothly as you would have liked. The only hiccup was that the driver was held up with another load and couldn't pick up until the following day. He was in contact with your sister at pick up and let her know what was going on and was in communication with me as well. We arranged for him to meet her the next day at the time she needed and everythig went smoothly. I was in consistant contact with the driver and you the whole way through.
