Hi Linda, I'm sorry you feel that this didn"to go as smoothly as you would have liked. The only hiccup was that the driver was held up with another load and couldn't pick up until the following day. He was in contact with your sister at pick up and let her know what was going on and was in communication with me as well. We arranged for him to meet her the next day at the time she needed and everythig went smoothly. I was in consistant contact with the driver and you the whole way through.
