I got a call from Sheila and she was very helpful and accommodating in my questions. The transaction went smooth. But when I had to reach her again, the phones kept being passed around and I was on hold for a long time. Nonetheless, Sheila was very professional and helpful in organizing the transport for my car. The car was picked up earlier than expected, I asked for a day's notice. But since the carrier was already available that day, I let it go. It took a little over than a week to transport the vehicle. Not too shabby. The car just arrived dirty (that's probably because I asked for an open top carrier).
Overall, I would recommend their service again.But just to ask all questions during the initial call or else you might end up in the long waiting cue to talk to your rep again.
