My mother contracted this company to move a car from ILLINOIS to Arizona. They gave her a rate of 625.00 with her giving them a non refundable 125.00 deposit. Instead I Found out today they have been charging my 67 year old mothers credit card every two weeks since she made the contract with them now for a total of $260.00 plus 650.00 she had to give on COD. They finally picked up the car one week late. When the driver got here to deliver the COD owed was $500.00, as stated on the contract, but we were told it was now 650.00. If she didn't pay for it, she would be liable for storage fees. Upon calling them back i was told by dispatcher, Michael,"We sent her an email and if she did not respond, the agreement is automatically accepted." What about a signed contract, " I said, he replied we don't need to do another signed one sine we sent an email. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! DID YOU KNOW IF THIS COMPANY GIVES YOU AN OFFER PRICE AND YOU SECURE WITH A DEPOSIT, IF THEY DO NOT GET THAT PRICE OR SHOULD I SAY IF THEY TELL YOU THEY CAN NOT FIND ANYONE TO PICK UP FOR THAT PRICE,THEY GET TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT!!! READ THE CONTRACT DONT USE THEM AND DONT LET THEM USE YOU. Watch for company and emails from them for quotes they are THEIVES Anthony N. That is an internet crime, and will be investigated by the FBI Go to http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx and file a complaint. It is aslo fraud. Contact the Miami District Attorney and the Florida Attorney General. The entire transaction is bogus, and them sending an email is not sufficient. Call your credit card company and dispute the charge. Every time they get a chargeback, their bank will charge them $15 to $25. If they get frequent chargebacks, they will lose their merchant account.
