I spoke with Kelly on a Friday. She said she had a truck available to pick up the car on Monday morning. I talked with the gentleman in dispatch on Monday morning to find out what time(s) to expect their driver to pick up the vehicle and he stated sometime between 2-5. At 6pm when no driver had made the pick up I called dispatch again and the gentleman that answered the phone acted surprised that the driver didn't show up and promised to call me back with an update. After waiting an hour for an update I called again and when I told the dispatchers my name and order number he hung up on me. Several more attempts were made to talk to someone about the order but they all went straight to voice mail.
Lying about a driver being scheduled to pick up the vehicle and then acting surprised when that that non-existent driver didn't show is bad.
