This carrier damaged a car when it was transporting it from Tomball, TX to Santa Clarita, CA on December 21, 2013. We have sent all necessary documents to the carrier to get the claim processed in a timely fashion. As of this date, the carrier is not cooperating and not willing to pay for the damages done. We have filed a claim with the insurance company but they will not return phone calls either. This company is very difficult to deal with. I would not recommend them at all unless you like providing services for free.
