I have shipped my car across the US twice now, and really appreciated Joanne's honesty and willingness to explain the way shipping works. The first company I used allowed my car to sit for weeks at a "port" - Joanne helped get my car moved door to door, and in only one week. She waited until she found a company that she knew and trusted, which made me feel good about the transport. I really liked that she passed up offers from companies she did not trust - my car is important to me and I am glad it was important to her! FHT was my actual trucking company, and they did a wonderful job. The car arrived unscathed and the driver alerted me when he was 2 hours from my home so that I could be ready. A wonderful experience! Thanks Joanne!
