I purchased an older used Porsche from a friends shop in Arizona. The car did not run so I needed to have it transported from Arizona to California. I asked around for referrals and was not very successful even though I am an event coordinator for a European Car club with over 5000 members. I decided to read reviews on auto transport companies and found MJ Parker Trucking. I checked with the BBB, checked their insurance history, and checked with my credit card company to see if there had been any problems in the past. Everything checked out so I called. To my surprise Joanne the owner answered the phone in person, she was very helpful answering my questons and then asked me to email her with all the details. The next morning I received a response that she was looking for a driver already. 2 days later she emailed me that she had a driver who could pick up the car the next day. I agreed, paid the booking fee online and later that day the driver called me to confirm the details. The next day the car was picked up and the driver again called me to confirm a drop off time of 3 days later at noon. The morning of the delivery, the driver called me and said he was right on time. When he arrived the vehicle was in as good condition as when it left Arizona. He unloaded the car and helped me push it into my garage. I paid the transport fee and he left. This was a VERY easy and smooth process and I would absolutely contact Joanne at MJ Parker trucking again.
