Only fault I have is lack of communication. I never received confirmation of scheduled pickup or when someone would pick up the car until 15 minutes prior to the driver showing up. I kept calling to find out the status and was told pick up and delivery on same day and it was the following day before delivery. Would not have been a big deal if I did not have to call the driver at 9pm to find out he would not be there until the morning. Would use again but would recommend better communications with customers.
