Good Shipment, but Not Timely

In the end, car was picked one day prior to my military move despite having placed the order several weeks in advance. Car was originally ready for pickup on Jul 1st. When no shipper was found by Jul 3rd, I paid an additional fee to get the car moved within "guarnateed" 48 hours. That also did not occur. Final pickup was made on Jul 10th. Several pieces of useful information were provided to me AFTER my car was delivered. Seems NM is not a favorite pickup location. If I had been provided this info earlier, I could have made my pickup date weeks earlier rather than risking a delay to my military move. Also, I did pay the extra fee hoping that it would make the car more attractive for pickup within the 48 hr timeframe. However, paying the add'l fee appears to be an enticement for shippers to pick up your car before others, not a "guarantee" that a pickup will occur during a specific time window.
Bottom line - M2Reeves provides a broker service to match your need with the open transport market. Would strongly recommend leaving weeks of margin to get your car picked up and delivered. Once the shipper was assigned, pickup and delivery were uneventful. Dorothy was very responsive, but it was clear to me she had little control over matching of my car to a shipper on my required timeline. That process appears to be more shipper-driven, not Reeves-driven, hence the recommendation above.
