This is my first time to ship a vehicle across the country. When I first contacted other company, I couldn't reach a representative (always answering machine). But when I called this company, they always answer the phone and everyone was courteous and responsive. They picked up my vehicle from florida and shipped it to Californica in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.
