The initial contact was prompt with a written price quote within 24 hours. Once I gave the
definate order to M2Reeves. The car was given to a transport company within 2 days and
the actual pick-up was within 2 more days. There was a glitch in processing my payment
which was in 2 stages. Once that was done the transaction was handled properly. The driver
who picked up the car deserves a special mention. His name is Branko Kristic and he was
extremely helpful and accomodating. His had a delightful personality and was so eager to
do a good job. This car was being shipped to my son in FL. who travels a lot. I asked Branko
to tell the driver that he should call my son at least 2 days prior to his arrival so he can be
there for the car delivery. No problem, the driver called on Saturday and the car arrived at
its destination on Monday afternoon in good condition.
I had price shopped on line prior to making my decision and found the price to be fair. This
was my first experience with shiiping a car across the country and I am satisfied with the
experience. I would definately use M2Reeves car shipping again and also recommend them
to friends. I am now looking forward to receiving my 50.00 rebate and also the 25.00
military discount that my son is elgible for. He is an Air Force veteran.
