I used M2Reeves mainly because of the good review and good price. Their staff were responsive and kept me informed all the time about the shipping status. If they could not get hold of me, they always left messages. They provided good customer service. Whenever I called, I could always immediately got somebody who could help.
One thing I was not happy about the overall experience is they gave me a way-off estimate on the delievery date and my car arrived at the destination 6 days before the estimated date. Although being able to make the early delivery is a good thing, it totally surprised me and made me totally unprepared. I was on travel the day my car arrived and had to pick up the car the day after. I ended up paying $110 more to compensate the carries ( who explicitly and stronly asked for the compensation and left no room for reasoning ) and to pay the storage fee. I did not argue much with the carrier since they had my car and I wanted to keep them happy.
