I have made numerous attempts to rectify this situation by trying to contact Jon so that I may hear directly from him what took place. In the event that our company has made an error, we always take full responsibility and work to correct the error. We never underquote and then ask the customer to pay the difference. Nonetheless, I am left with limited options if the customer does not call back.
