I hired a car shipping company two months ahead of time to ship my car from Florida to Washington. I had to call them many times to make sure they were able to pick up my car in time. Needless to say, they couldn't and then they told me they weren't even sure of a date they "might" be able to pick it up. So, I got back on the phone and started calling companies. I came across M2Reeves and called them. Katie seemed to understand my situation and got on the ball right away. She called me within a few hours saying that she had an exact date for my car to be picked up. She took all the worry away. They picked up my car on the day they said they would and kept in contact with me. I never had to call them. My only complaint was that my car was extremely dirty, when I washed it, it messed up my paint because there was so much mud that had been caked on and dried. I was a little upset because my car was spotless when they picked it up. Non the less though, I was extremely glad to have my car back. The dispatcher took care of me in my situation. And, I got my car two days before they were expected to have it here.
