To begin with let me just say "it's a Jungle Out there" . I had more than 15 companies send me quotes and numerous follow up emails. Price wise they ranged from 200.00 to 2000. That in itself made it very diffucult to figure out what a fair market price was. The term sheets for all the places were certainly not to my advantage and in addition i was stuck where i had to have the car picked up in a 48 hour window as I was in town for a funeral and nobody could have made the car available to the driver after that date. Further more nobody was making any real guarantees (if you read the small print)

I explained all my frustration to Katie she said she understaood and was honest about the fact that she couldnt for sure guarnatee a driver would be there on time however she said we get over 90% done if you offer decent money to the drivers. The drivers will always take the top paying cars first. I agreed and they delivered . They called me back in less than 24 hours and informed me they had a carrier who could meet my request. Now i was worried about weather he would be the real deal or try to hustle me when he got there. Michael turned out to be a great guy he had an old car juts like mine and so we had something in common and he was honest and sincere.

I feel sorry for the first timers because you dont know what to do or who to trust. I got lucky and picked the right horse . If I ever have to transport another car i'm going back to the same trough.
