Excellent customer service, Sales Representative Bailee Mayer was honest, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs thier vehicle shipped. I placed my reservation at 7 pm and the following morning a carrier was contacted and notified me that they were ready to pick up my vehicle in Miami to ship to North Carolina! Considering the overwhelming gas prices these days, the sales rep was able to quote me an exceptional rate! I was notified via email and phone everytime there was an update with the vehicle. I was notified when the car was picked up, enroute, and delivered. I never had any doubts or concerns about my vehicle. Even the carrier driver put me at ease and made me feel comfortable about the shipment. Even with the series of horrible storms, the shipment still arrived on time! I would recommend this company to anyone! M2Reeves is an excellent company that knows how to take care of their customers. These days that is rare to find, but when your vehicle is in the hands of strangers, it is comforting to know they treat you and your property with the utmost care and respect!
