Peter the owner and only employee of Lux was about the most un-professional business owner I have had the misfortune to deal with. The pick up date was crucial as my Fiancee was moving here across country and had a flight to catch. The pick up date came and passed as Peter silver tongued us to the point where I asked him for a guarantee that the car would be picked up by the day/days he promised. He knew our situation as he told my Fiancee she was crazy to move here with me and she should move to Florida instead (guess hitting on your customers is a good business plan). Well he had no guarantee and stated well if I don't pick up your car your deposit is refundable. Well we were forced to find another shipper with now 1 day of notice which cost us a small fortune. It has been over a month now and after several phone calls and pathological lies our REFUND NEVER CAME. I have visited his FB page and came across several people who have the exact same story as this. This guy quotes you a low price and no driver will pick up your car for such a low ball amount. His fee is cheap as well so my assumption is he is hoping the $200 or so will just be forgotten about. Stay away from this "company"
