I gave 3 weeks notice to ship my car from NY to WA and was reassured several times that the date we set would not be a problem and put a deposit down on my CC. Well as the date grew closer, it became harder to get in touch with anyone and when I finally did I was told to "Just use someone else". I winded up paying even more money Bc of such short notice to the new company. I have now been waiting over a month for a refund on my deposit. This is a scam, I don't even think there are actual drivers. The only person you can get on the phone is Peter there are no superiors or someone else to talk to. Do not put yourself in such a predicament like I did, cross this company off your list and save yourself the trouble.
