was told p/u 2-3 pm, then 7-8 pm, finally p/u 11 pm. Was told driver got gas in Orlando. Store wouldn't take his credit card. Police called. Took hours to resolve. Was supposed to be dropped off next day. Was told DOT stopped driver for brake light problem, was towed to shop, took more than 24 hours to resolve. My son was to take delivery in Alabama. He was told a drop off time. that didn't happen. Unable to contact company or driver for 6-8 hours. Finally, my son was called, told another drop off time-that didn't happen either. Finally dropped off at night on 3rd day. Very incompetent company. I don't know how they stay in business. Will never use again.
