Nothing about this transport went smooth. They called and said driver was going to pick up a day early and they raised the price cause the driver wanted more money, so what good is a contract? Driver was suppose to arrive early evening and he didn't arrive until 10:45 pm. A little late for a residential pick up. They were suppose to call in advance with a drop off time. Driver called and said he couldn't get a hold of them so he's just leaving it in a parking lot with the keys in the car. I told him do NOT just leave that car and called the person who was suppose to be receiving the car. It is 11:15PM and there are people that are not up that late at night. Never again will I use this transport company. It's been nothing but a nightmare.
