I had a car stuck in Hallandale, FL. Bob emailed me back immediately after I did my research for quotes. The car broke down two days before Christmas and my friend couldn't drive it back. This means... it was stuck. It took two weeks for Bob to find a truck, given that it was the holidays which was understandable. All in all... I think that Bob was very kind, helpful, and patient with me calling back to back. Bob was upfront and honest. He told me that it would take a couple of days before a driver would get to the car, which I didn't want to hear but... he got it done. I would definitely recommend this company.
