Horrible experience trying to ship my car through this company. First they will advertise that there is no charge till driver shows up. Next, in the form they ask you to fill out, there is a $200 deposit. They said they will not charge the card till car is picked up. My card was charged on May 23rd itself. I have been communicating with them for over two weeks regarding my car shipment and told them that I will be out of town with almost no cell service. So coordinated everything in advance and provided details of someone who would be waiting to handover the car.

The pickup was scheduled on May 25th and they were to confirm the pick up details on May 24th. They did not send any email to confirm pick up and also did not respond to my follow up messages. After the credit card was charged, they stopped responding. No response to emails/messages. The day of pick I was out of state and I and the person who was to hand over the car kept calling and calling. No response at all. It has been such a horrible experience. As of right now, I have emailed them asking to cancel the order and also trying to place a dispute on my credit card charge.

This is an unethical place and seems like a SCAM. Please do not use their service at any cost.
