I was called by a ton of other carriers that just hounded the heck out me and my wife, I called JIM at Lane by Lane because of all his great reviews I noticed on line. After calling him he answered all my questions with honesty and integrity. He followed up with everything he said he was going to do. We had 1 minor hick up and JIM and LANE BY LANE ate the cost of that because he believes in keeping his word, that was unbelievable for him to do. There were NO hidden costs what so ever, I have used different companies in the past and by far he was the BEST. If I ever move again Lane by Lane will have my business for life. I have already referred 2 people to them within my company. My car showed up 5 hours early also!!! Even the drivers that delivered the car were awesome.
