From the first email I received, the company was very thorough about explaining how the shipping process works. I especially appreciated the tips in the email from Jim Lane about pitfalls to avoid and what to look for in a good shipping company. He provided ideas for checking companies on the Better Business Bureau website, and he also provided this website for checking on reviews. I was equally impressed with his knowledge and the information he provided over the phone. Jim was extremely polite, friendly, helpful and yet very business like. I felt very comfortable with him and his company and booked my car shipment with him. Jim kept me informed all along the way with emails and although there was a very small glitch where the driver had been changed to another person, once I told Jim about that he was on it like lightening and had the new driver call me right away. The driver left me a message as to the day he would be arriving but couldn't make it until the next morning as he got into town very late. The driver called me in the morning to let me know where he was and when he would be at my house. He then called me when he was on his way to my house. It turns out this young man was very polite and did a great job with the transaction and the unloading of the car. All in all, it was a very good experience. I felt like Jim was with me the whole way, and I would use them again or recommend them to others in a heartbeat!
